GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

SCOPE OF COVER 

This policy provides twenty-four hour cover for your employees. The benefits Receivable are under the following headings:

1. Death Benefits, which is usually a capital sum and a multiple of annual basic salary.
2. Permanent Disablement Benefits, which is also a capital sum and a multiple of annual basic salary.

• Temporary incapacity–weekly benefit is usually payable up to 104 weeks.

1. Medical Expenses is payable up to the limit chosen by the insured.

The level of benefits selected which have a relationship with the earning of each employee usually influence the premium payable. The employer is required to provide the basic salary of all members of his staff at the beginning of the scheme and their basic salary.

RATE:

• Death/Permanent Disability – .2%
• Medical Expenses – 2%
• Total Temporary Disability – 18%
