The management is headed by Mrs. Christianah Bola Onigbogi a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. She attended the Prestigious London School of Insurance in UK where she took the professional qualifying Examinations of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and secured the Higher National Diploma Certificate of the Institute with a Distinction in Risk & Insurance. She was consequently admitted as an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London ACII (London) in the year 1997. She has worked at various Management positions in Insurance Broking and she’s currently the Managing Director / Chief Executive of CBO Insurance Brokers Ltd.

She is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria, also a member of the Faculty of Insurance Broking of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She is a Member of the Governing Board of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). She has an MBA from the prestigious Netherlands Business School.

She’s the Vice Chairman, Horizon group of Companies whose member firms are Horizon Stock Brokers Ltd., Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Horizon Construction Ltd., Horizon Building Society Ltd., and Mortgage Bankers. She has handled government accounts like CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria), Office of Head of Service of the Federation (Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources including its MDA’s, Federal Ministry of Interior including its MDA’s, National Law and Drug Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Federal Ministry of Youth including National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre. Ministry of Defence, Lagos state Government (Ministry of Finance), PHCN (Power Holding Company of Nigeria) NIPOST, NPA (Nigeria Ports Authority,) etc and also private companies with assets in excess of one billion.

Oparaeke Johnson is a member of the chartered Insurance Institute of London and graduate of Insurance and Actuarial Science from Imo State University Owerri with B.sc honors in 2000. He also obtained Diploma in Law from the West African Insurance Institute in The Gambia. Mr. Johnson.O has successfully carried out a research work on the impact of positive marketing strategies on “the survival of the insurance industry in a depressed economy” which serves as a reference point for undergraduates of insurance students in Nigerian Universities. He has also presented paper on customer contact techniques at the training on effective customer service delivery, for employees and customers of Slok Air International in May 2007 at baobab hotel Senegambia. He has worked in different organisation including Federal Ministry of foreign Affairs, Technical Aid corps, where he served as a Technical expert to the Republic of The Gambia. During his diplomatic mission in the Gambia he also served in the Prestigious West African Insurance Institute, college of Insurance and risk management as a project supervisor for the one year professional diploma student in insurance and also lectured insurance foundation course. Presently he works as a Marketing Executive at CBO Insurance Brokers Ltd Abuja branch.

AYILEKA OLUSEYE (B.SC BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & COMPUTING)

Mr. Oluseye Ayileka holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Computing from the University Of Wolverhampton UK. He is a member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (formerly Institute of Credit and Risk Management) where has undertaken Courses in Operational and Financial Risk Management. He has worked in different organizations including First Bank Nigeria plc where he worked in the retail marketing department, responsible for identifying new clients as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. He has also worked in Core Associates where he was an analyst responsible for the strategic alignment of the firm’s business values with its clients as well as the acquisition and retention of clients.

He joined C.B.O Ins. Brokers in September 2011 as a member of the Business Development team. He is currently the Admin Manager.

SYLVANUS MAIDAD

Mr. Sylvanus Maidad is a holder of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and finance from the Kaduna polytechnic. He started his career as an Accounting officer with ASAA pyramid Hotel ltd and left to Major Oil where he worked as the Accounts Manager. He is presently the Accountant at CBO Insurance Brokers.

Mr. Kolawole is a Chartered Accountant and a holder of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting. He started his career as a Trainee Accountant with Suleiman and Co. (Chartered Accountants) of Nexia International and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

He left Suleiman and Co. (Chartered Accountants) Assistant Audit Supervisor to join Mayowa and Co (Chartered Accountants) as Assistant Audit Manager.

Prior to joining CBO Insurance Brokers Ltd, he had been engaged in Financial Accounting, Taxation, Investment, Corporate Financing and Audit Assignment for various financial organizations. He was a team member charged with the Merger Acquisition Scheme process of some banks.

He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a graduate member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He is currently the Head of the Internal Control / Audit Unit Department of CBO Insurance Brokers Ltd.

OZOKOLIE OLUCHI CONSTANCE (B.SC INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT)

Ozokolie Oluchi Constance is a graduate of Enugu State University of science and technology with a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and risk management. She has successfully carried out a research on the hindrances to the purchase of motor Insurance in Nigeria. She has worked with the capital market department of the Yobe Investment Company limited. She handled client accounts, also helped in forecasting the market and advising the shareholders on the current market trends.

She is currently the Head of Operations at the Abuja branch. She was employed as a senior superintendent of the firm where she was swiftly promoted to the head of operations in 2013, she still serving in that capacity for the past eight years. She doubled up as the chief compliance officer of the company to the regulatory authorities.

Mr. Udoh is a Graduate of Insurance and Risk Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology with Bachelors Honors and an Associate Member Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (CIPAN). He has worked with different organizations within Nigeria which include Intercontinental Bank Plc, where he worked as an executive marketer in different branches. He later rose to the post of the Head of I-Mortgage Banking where he worked until 2009 when he resigned and joined A.G Properties as the Head of marketing.

Ogunleye Oluwadare is a graduate of computer science from University of Ilorin, Ilorin Nigeria. He graduated in 2002. He worked as System Administrator at BOF Cyber Café Port- Harcourt Rivers State. He also worked at AnMan Digital Ltd, Akowonjo Lagos as System Engineer. He is presently working for CBO Insurance Brokers Ltd as a Computer and System Analyst.
