HON.Olugbenga Onigbogi is a Chartered Accountant of high repute. He is a 1979 Economics graduate of the university of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University. He joined peat Marwick Ani Ogunde and co. (Chartered Accountants) as a Trainee Accountant in 1980, he qualified in 1982 and obtained ACCA. In 1992, he became a fellow of the Institute of chartered Acountants of Nigeria.

In 1983, he joined NAL Merchant Bank plc. Where he worked in Senior Management position for 9 years before he resigned his appointment and started his own private business. He was appointed a Non Executive Director of Wema Bank Plc and served on the board of the bank between 1995 and 1998.He resigned as chairman of CBO Insurance Brokers Limited following his election into the House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2007. He is currently the Honourable Member Representing Ijesa South Federal constituency comprising of Ilesa East and West, Atakumosa East and West. He’s happily married with children.

The management is headed by Mrs. Christianah Bola Onigbogi a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. She attended the Prestigious London School of Insurance in UK where she took the professional qualifying Examinations of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and secured the Higher National Diploma Certificate of the Institute with a Distinction in Risk & Insurance. She was consequently admitted as an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London ACII (London) in the year 1997. She has worked at various Management positions in Insurance Broking and she’s currently the Managing Director / Chief Executive of CBO Insurance Brokers Ltd.

She is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria, also a member of the Faculty of Insurance Broking of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She is a Member of the Governing Board of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). She has an MBA from the prestigious Netherlands Business School.

She’s the Vice Chairman, Horizon group of Companies whose member firms are Horizon Stock Brokers Ltd., Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Horizon Construction Ltd., Horizon Building Society Ltd., and Mortgage Bankers. She has handled government accounts like CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria), Office of Head of Service of the Federation (Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources including its MDA’s, Federal Ministry of Interior including its MDA’s, National Law and Drug Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Federal Ministry of Youth including National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre. Ministry of Defence, Lagos state Government (Ministry of Finance), PHCN (Power Holding Company of Nigeria) NIPOST, NPA (Nigeria Ports Authority,) etc and also private companies with assets in excess of one billion.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Chief O.C Harry is a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountant (ICMA), England. He spent 25 years with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), where he rose to the rank of Group Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) and later retired in December, 2004. Presently, Chief O.C Harry is into Consultancy service amongst other activities he is engaged in. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director Orashi Oil and Gas ltd.

Barrister Femi Onigbogi is a practicing Lawyer of repute. He had his first degree in philosophy from the University of Lagos in 1986. After NYSC Programme, he proceeded to the United Kingdom where attended the famous University of East London and bagged his Bachelor of law Degree in 1994.

He worked briefly in the United Kingdom before returning back to Nigeria to attend the Nigeria law school where he passed the Bachelor of Law Examinations and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998. He had his training in the Law Firm of Eyimofe Atake & Co (SAN) before he established his practice in the name of Femi Onigbogi & Co
